Memoky is an online marketplace for affordable home design. From living to dining, lighting office & decor, it’s a one-stop-shop for great designs at great value. Their high-ticket model has made retention an extremely valuable asset to their business model - with Klaviyo accounting for a significant % of their total sales.

Challenges


No Email Infrastructure

An e-commerce company with no flow system. That meant we had to strategise & implement their automations from scratch, whilst protecting their deliverability.

Hundreds of SKUs

With an enormous & diverse product range, we had to be strategic about which SKUs we presented to customers to drive sales.

High-ticket items

Memoky sells high-ticket items in an online marketplace. We had to overcome the challenge of selling expensive items, in a niche where customers want to see and feel the product, in a virtual shopping experience.



Solutions


Launched a flow ecosystem

Core Flow Setup that included Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase (new vs returning) and Winback Flows to complete Memoky's retention system.

Leveraged Dynamic Variables

To personalise content to customers based on their interests, product viewing history and purchase history. By showcasing dynamic blocks, we greatly boosted conversions without the need hundreds of product-specific emails.

Cultivated a Virtual Shopping Experience

Leveraged Memoky's Virtual Lookbook to create a virtual shopping experience that included bundled 'looks' in emails to present items in a showroom manner while driving traffic to Memoky's own virtual showroom (dynamically, relevant to the customer's interest products).

  • 65.4% Open rate (18.6% higher than industry)

  • 7.12% Click rate (15% higher than industry)

  • 3.56% Placed order rate (51% higher than industry)
