Redefining delicious treats with Edoughble...

Edoughble is the first and original edible cookie dough, crafting delicious treats with all-natural ingredients. With little retention eco-system, declining sales and a solitary product line, Titan was faced with the challenge of revamping Edoughble & re-engaging with their existing customers.

Challenges

Low Flow Open Rates

Flow open rates were around 32%, just under what is considered ‘healthy’ for deliverability.

Underperforming Flow Click Rates

Click rates were ‘fair’ (around 2.7%), meaning on-email content was preventing traffic returning to site.

Low Placed Order Rate

‘Fair’ around 0.79%. Reducing revenue potential from the automations.

Solutions

Tailored Content Audit

Reviewed all pre & post-purchase flows & created a strategy to shift key KPIs upwards (opens, clicks, orders). Across design, copy, subject lines & product showcase.

Holistic A/B Testing

Created multiple split tests across flows to understand and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. These learnings would later be applied to Edoughble's entire ecosystem to improve declining metrics.

Copy & Design Overhaul

Enhanced social proof showcase. Updated copy to reflect ‘playfulness’ of the brand’. Improved product showcase to place bestseller front & centre.

Results

  • 21.53% Increase in open rate

  • 105.8% Increase in click rate

  • 86.82% Increase in placed order rate
